Details for two submission documents may be tested: 6574853 + Doc Num 1, and 6574853 + Doc Num 2

Remember that a submission in the CRO can often have multiple documents. For example, a B1 Annual Return often requires two documents: The B1 form itself, and the Annual Accounts. This is why a sub_num/DocNum combination is required here.
